ระหว่างวันที่ 27–28 พฤศจิกายน 2568 สมาคมผู้รับจัดการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศ (TIFFA) ได้รับเกียรติเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุม 35th AFFA Annual General Meeting 2025 ซึ่งเป็นการประชุมใหญ่ประจำปีของ สมาพันธ์สมาคมผู้รับจัดการขนส่งสินค้าในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน (ASEAN Federation of Forwarders Associations: AFFA) โดยมีผู้แทนจากประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนทั้ง 10 ประเทศเข้าร่วม

ไฮไลต์สำคัญของการประชุมในปีนี้ ได้แก่

• การบรรยายพิเศษหัวข้อ “Negotiable Cargo Documents” โดย
  Fedor Kormilitsyn, Economic Affairs Officer, Transport Division, UNESCAP
  เพื่ออัปเดตแนวโน้มและความก้าวหน้าของเอกสารการขนส่งที่ใช้ในธุรกรรมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ
• การกล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม โดย ดร. เกศกนก เชื้อมหาวัน อุปนายกสมาคมฯ
• การกล่าวเปิดการประชุม โดย คุณเฉลิมศักดิ์ กาญจนวรินทร์ นายกสมาคมฯ และประธาน AFFA

ภายในงานมีการรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของคณะทำงาน AFFA ทั้ง 3 คณะ ได้แก่

• AFFA Logistics Institutes (ALI) โดย คุณสมศักดิ์ วิเศษเรืองโรจน์
• Transport Facilitation Working Group (TFWG) โดย Doris Torres
• Sustainability and Digitalization Working Group (S&D WG) โดย Peter Lim

ผู้แทนแต่ละคณะได้นำเสนอความคืบหน้าของกิจกรรม ความร่วมมือ และโครงการต่าง ๆ ที่ดำเนินการตลอดปีที่ผ่านมา รวมถึงแนวทางการยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์ การอำนวยความสะดวกทางการค้า การพัฒนาด้านความยั่งยืน และการขับเคลื่อนดิจิทัลของภูมิภาคอาเซียน ตลอดจนความคืบหน้าในด้านที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาคธุรกิจโลจิสติกส์ของประเทศสมาชิก เช่น ด้านการฝึกอบรม กฎระเบียบ โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และกิจกรรมความร่วมมืออื่น ๆ

ในการนี้ คณะกรรมการบริหารสมาคมฯ ได้แก่
คุณวรชิต รัตนจินดา เลขาธิการสมาคมฯ  คุณสรรพวุฒิ รุ่งปัญญา นายทะเบียนสมาคมฯ คุณมนันยา วันทนียกุล ประชาสัมพันธ์สมาคมฯ  คุณนันท์มนัส วิทยศักดิ์พันธ์ คุณจักรี ชัยวัฒนากุล และคุณอัฐนันต์ ธรรมสอน กรรมการบริหารสมาคมฯ ได้ร่วมให้การต้อนรับผู้แทนจากประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนอย่างอบอุ่นตลอดการประชุม

นอกจากนี้ คณะผู้จัดงานยังได้นำผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมเยี่ยมชม TIFFA Logistics Center (TLC) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานและระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านโลจิสติกส์ของสมาคมฯ

TIFFA Hosts the 35th AFFA AGM 2025

On 27–28 November 2025, the Thai International Freight Forwarders Association (TIFFA) had the honor of hosting the 35th AFFA Annual General Meeting 2025, the annual assembly of the ASEAN Federation of Forwarders Associations (AFFA). Representatives from all 10 ASEAN member countries attended the meeting.

Key highlights of this year’s event included:

• A special presentation on “Negotiable Cargo Documents” by

Mr. Fedor Kormilitsyn, Economic Affairs Officer, Transport Division, UNESCAP,

providing updates on trends and developments in transport documents used in international trade.

• Welcome remarks delivered by Dr. Geskanok Chuemahawan, Vice- President of TIFFA
• Opening remarks by Mr. Chalermsak Karnchanawarin, Chairman of AFFA and President of TIFFA

The meeting also featured progress reports from the three AFFA Working Groups:

• AFFA Logistics Institutes (ALI) presented by Mr. Somsak Wisetruangrot
• Transport Facilitation Working Group (TFWG) presented by Ms. Doris Torres
• Sustainability and Digitalization Working Group (S&D WG) presented by Mr. Peter Lim

Each working group provided updates on activities, collaboration efforts, and projects undertaken throughout the year. Presentations also highlighted initiatives to enhance logistics development, Transport facilitation, sustainability, and digital transformation within the ASEAN region, as well as progress in training, regulatory development, infrastructure, and other logistics-related activities in member countries.
